The candidates who got an allotment in the polytechnic second allotment list 2021 can take their admission from the allotted polytechnic institute or or before the date of admission 17-9-2021.
Diploma Allotment 2021 : Admission Procedure
Candidates who wish to join / register for admission at any of the Government/ Government Aided/ Government controlled self-financing/ Self-Financing (Government Quota) should take the printout of the allotment letter from the website report to the polytechnic college / institure on the specified date that specified int he allotment letter.
Take Admission form the Polytechnic
Candidates who wish to join the allotted option, should report at the allotted Polytechnic College with allotment letter, required fee and the entire original documents. Documents comprise of certificates of qualification, fee concessions, and reservations, transfer and conduct certificate. The candidate should submit the documents at the institution and receive the admission slip and receipt for documents after proper scrutiny by the College authorities
Candidate who want to register the Options
The candidate who wish to register the allotted option, should report at any of the Govt/ Govt Aided Polytechnic College with allotment letter and the entire original documents for verification. Document comprises certificates of qualification, fee concessions and reservations. The College authorities should verify all the certificates, the candidate has claimed in his/her application and register through the admission portal. The College authorities shall ensure that the nativity/caste/community/income certificates etc. are issued by the competent authorities of Kerala State or as notified by the Government from time to time. It is not necessary to collect the certificates/fees from the candidate for registration.
