Kerala University Degree (UG) Admission 2025 Online Application Registration is to be started in May 2025. The Candidates who want to apply for Degree Courses (B.Sc, BCom, BA, BCA, BBA) under the Kerala University, should submit the online application through the Kerala University CAP admission portal. Kerala University FYUGP 2025 Admission
Candidates who are seeking admission to Kerala University UG programs must complete online application registration on the Kerala University online admission portal. The admission process will be done by a centralized allotment process (CAP).
The centralized allotment process will provide candidates with, the chance of getting admission to any of the colleges / Centers and any of the programs of their choice based on merit. The candidates could submit only one application form for multiple programs or colleges.
Kerala University Seat Categorization
Seats available in Govt./Aided/Self-financing Colleges /UITs are mainly classified as Merit Seats, Community Quota Seats, Management Quota Seats, and Reservation Seats. Basic info about the seats is given below, detailed information is given in the prospectus.
Merit Seats:
The seats in Government/Aided/Self-financing Colleges/UITs that are filled purely on a merit basis irrespective of the Category/Community to which the candidates belong, are classified as "Merit Seats."
Community Quota Seats:
The seats in Aided Colleges filled by the Colleges concerned, based on merit from among the candidates, who belong to the community of the Management who runs the College, are classified as "Community Quota Seats".
Management Quota Seats:
The seats in Aided and Self-financing Colleges filled by the Management concerned are classified as "Management Quota Seats".
Reservation Seats:
The seats in Government/ Aided/ Self - financing Colleges / UITs, which are earmarked for SC/ST/SEBC/ Economically Weaker Sections ( E WS ) in General Category / Differently Abled / Tamil Linguistic Minority (TLM) / Sports persons/ Transgender candidates etc. are classified into "Reservation Seats".
Kerala University UGCAP Admission Eligibility Criteria
Candidates before applying for the admission process must go through the prospectus and check the eligibility criteria. Only eligible candidates should apply for the admission process.
Age Lmit :
The age limit for admission to undergraduate programs (UG) shall be as of 1st June of the academic year.
For General / SEBC candidates - 23 years
For SC/ST candidates - 25 years
Educational Qualification :
A pass in the Higher Secondary Examination/ Vocational Higher Secondary Examination of the Government of Kerala or an Examination accepted by the Academic Council as equivalent thereto.
How to Apply for Kerala University FYUGP Admission 2025-26 ?
The candidates have to register their names and create a login profile on the university website. The candidate will be getting a password and application number in this step. The application number and password should be kept safe for future purposes.

Kerala HSCAP +1 Second Allotment 2025 Result @ www.hscap.kerala.gov.in The first step of the UG online registration process is to click on the "Click here for Registration" button available on the home page of the website www.admissions.keralauniversity.ac.in.
The candidate has to provide minimum details like Exam Board, Registration Number, Year of Passing, Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Email ID, and Whether Differently Abled. After entering the required details, the candidate will be provided with a unique application number and password. Date of birth is the default password in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
PLEASE NOTE: Keep the application number and password in a safe place.
Step 2: After creating the application number and password, the candidate should log in to the website with the new password and application number.
Step 3: Candidates should pay the registration fee by using the online payment facility by clicking on the “Pay Online” button. Candidates shall not remit the fee in any form like Demand Draft, Cheque, Chalan, etc.
Online payment receipts should be kept safe with you. The receipt should be submitted to the college at the time of admission.
Step 4: Candidates should complete the profile registration form with the required information as instructed.
Step 5: Candidates should fill up the academic details in the fields.
Step 6: Photo [with 150px X 200px (WIDTH X HEIGHT), 40kb, .jpg format only]. The photo must be clear and with a light background. Signature [with 150px X 60px (WIDTH X HEIGHT), 40kb, .jpg format only]. For uploading photos and signatures, select the image file in the computer using the "Browse" button. After uploading the photo and signature, click the "Continue" button for further registration.
Step 7: Candidates can select options which are to be done very carefully. Here student can choose the Course and college of their choice and click the "Add Option" button to confirm it. Students can select up to 20 options in courses and colleges they wish to join.
Step 8: Then Verify the Application and make any changes if required
Step 9: Lastly submit and print the application form and keep it safe for future reference.
Kerala University FYUGP Allotment 2025
Kerala University degree admission will be held through a centralized allotment process CAP. Three general allotments and two special allotments will be conducted by the university for admission to degree programmes
Kerala University UG 2025 Trial Allotment
The Kerala University Trial Allotment result is a list of candidates who are getting a chance to be included in the first allotment list based on their current options in the application. The trial allotment does not guarantee the type of admission, the admission will be getting only through the actual allotment ie First/ Second/ Third, or a special allotment by the university.
After the trial allotment list is published, the candidates are allowed to make changes to their current options in the online application. After the modification, Kerala University will publish the FYUGP CAP 2025 degree first allotment list on the specified date.
