Steps to do after the Allotment
The candidates who get the allotment in the PG First Allotment stage should have to remit the University admission fee to secure the allotment. The payment shall be paid in online mode from the profile page of the candidate. If the candidate failed to remit the fee within the specified time will lost the allotment.
Candidate should take a printout of the receipt of the fee remittance. This receipt should be produced to the principal of the institute at the time of admission.
Candidates who remit the fee after first allotment within the prescribed time will have the facility to cancel/activate their higher options within a specified date and time.
If a candidate is satisfied with an allotment and does not want to be considered again for further allotments, he/she must cancel all the remaining higher options. A candidate retaining all or any of his/her higher options after an allotment, is bound to accept the new allotment, if any, failing which, he/she will lose the existing allotment as well as the new allotment; moreover he/she will not be considered for any further allotments

After the second allotment and remitting the admission fee, candidates can Login to their homepage using their application number and password for downloading the memo. The allotment memo shall download from the link "Allotment" in the profile page of the candidate.
The allotment memo will show the personal details, the college, the Programme to which the candidate is allotted and the date of reporting to the college for taking admission. This allotment memo should be produced to the principal of the institute at the time of admission.
The allotted candidates can opt for temporary admission in colleges during the second allotment. They will be given an extended time for remitting the fee applicable to the programme / institution till the next allotment.
(a). Have to submit the original certificates and the receipt of University admission fee.
(b). They can choose whether to take temporary or permanent admission and the same need to be assured by the Principal. The admission, whether permanent / temporary will be given in the admit memo issued to the candidates.
(c). This provision is not applicable from 3rd allotment onwards and it is compulsory to take permanent admission in the college by remitting the requisite fee.
(d). If the candidate is satisfied with any of the allotments, he/she can take permanent admission by remitting the requisite fee.
