Thrissur Pooram 2025 Sample Vedikettu will be held on 4th May 2025 (Sunday). One of the Important attraction of the Thrissur Pooram is the display of fire works at mid night. The display of pooram fireworks will be on the seventh day after the flag hoisting.

The Main and one of the most important event which will be held during Thrissur pooram is the Fireworks (vedikettu). This year the fireworks display will be held without any restrictions. One can see a spectacular and eye-catching display of Fireworks which will be held at Thekkinkadu Maidanam. The display of fireworks will start in early morning. The Sample Vedikettu will take place on 4th May, it will be starting from 7.00 PM
Another atractive part of the Pooram festival in trhrissur is the Pooram exhibition, thousands of peope visiting the pooram exhibition stalls every day. The Thrissur Pooram Exhibition 2025 will end on last week of May 2025.
The sample vedikettu is being held to just give audience a peek into the major fireworks display, which will be held on 7th May 2025. According to the Instructions from the Supreme Court and High Court, the firecrackers that are allowed for Thrissur Pooram are Gundu, Amittu (aerial crackers), Kuzhiminnal and palm leaf crackers (Olapadakkam).
