After the release of the VHSE Trial Allotment, the VHSE First Allotment, regarded as the main allotment, will be published. The Trial Allotment was released on May 24th. Students were given a chance to rearrange options for the next allotment.

How to Check VHSE First Allotment 2025 ?
Students who have applied for the VHSE Admission process 2025-26 should check the first allotment status at the official website. The First Allotment list is the first phase of the main allotment. Kerala VHSE First Allotment Result 2025 is a sure list of candidates who are qualified for admission to various VHSE courses across Kerala.
Step 1. Visit the official portal - www.vhscap.kerala.gov.in.
Step 2. Click on the "Candidate Login" or "Allotment Results" link.
Step 3. Enter the Application Number and Password.
Step 4. Click on the submit button.
Step 5. The Allotment Result will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6. Download and take a printout of the allotment status for future reference.
Document Required at the Time of Admission
Candidates who got an allotment must report to the Principals of the Schools on or before the last date and time mentioned in the prospectus for admission. Such candidates must produce the related documents to gain admission to the school. Candidates who have their names on the allotment list must report to the school along with the following required documents:
(a) Allotment Letter
(b) SSLC/THSLC or equivalent certificates
(c) Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
(d) Income certificate and community certificate for the candidates who are eligible for fee concession ( Only Community Certificate for CS/ST candidates )
(e) Candidates who claim bonus marks shall produce relevant certificates.
What To Do After VHSE First Allotment ?
Students who secured names in the VHSCAP first allotment can take admission based on two types. Mainly Temporary admission or Permanent admission. The students who won allotment in the first option can pay the fee amount and take admission. If the fee amount is not paid within the specified time, their admissions will be canceled and will not be considered for future allotments.
Students who got the allotment in second or other options may opt for temporary admission. They must report to the Principals of the schools with the related documents and take admission. They need not pay a fee for temporary admission. Students who take temporary admission can make changes in options within the specified time and wait for the next VHSE allotments.
How to Convert Temporary Admission to Permanent ?
Candidates who opt for temporary admission and wish to convert to permanent must report to the school principal and pay the required fee. These students must also cancel all higher options.
