PSC LDC Question Pattern and Syllabus
Maximum marks: 100
Exam Time: 1 hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes)
Medium of questions: Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada
The LDC questions are arranged in four parts
Part I : General Knowledge and Current Affairs : Total 50 Marks
Part II : Simple Arithmetic and Mental Ability : Total 20 Marks
Part III: General English - Total 20 Marks
Part IV: Regional Language (Malayalam /Tamil/Kannada) : 10 Marks

Puzzle, Analogy, Direction Sense Test, Series completion etc..
General Knowledge:
Knowledge on current affairs, Geography, Indian and world history, Inventions and discovery, Countries and Capital, Books and authors, Awards, important personals etc.
English:
Tenses, Synonyms and Antonyms, Active and Passive voice, Prepositions, Conjunctions, Clauses, Direct and indirect speech, Spelling mistakes, idioms, Use of articles, One word substitute etc
Regional Language:
You must have a good understanding of regional language grammar.
Kerala PSC LDC Exam Important Tips:
The Correct answer of each question will be getting One mark.
There will be a negative marking system. 1 (one) mark will be reduced for each 3 wrong answers.
