MG University UGCAP 2019 First Supplementary allotment will be published on 9.7.2019. MG UG CAP already completed the first, second and third allotment admission through mgu ugcap. The remaining vacant seat admission are filled through supplementary allotment. Online Registration / Option rearrangement for first supplementary allotment is available up to 6/07/2019, 4.00 pm.
After published the first supplementary allotment result, students will get a chance for option modification (rearrangement and deletion only) for Second Supplementary Allotment.

The allotted candidates must have to report to the collage on or before 10.7.2019, 4:pm to take admission. If they failed to report on time will lost their allotment.
Allotment : Steps to do for Admission
After the first supplementary allotment result of MGU CAP, the candidates who got allotment need to register by remitting a registration fee through online to ensure admission. To remit the fee candidates must visit the website and take a print out of the allotment letter with the payment.
MG University Degree First Supplementary Allotment Result 2019
The candidates should report to the concerned college after remitting the fee on or before the specified date.
The allotted applicants should download the admission memo from the website and produce the same at the time of reporting at the college. The college authorities should return the memo to the reporting applicant after attestation. This will ensure that the applicant has reported at the college concerned and given provisional admission. The applicants shall keep the memo with themselves.
Documents/Certificates to be produced for Admission
The candidates should produce the following documents in original before the Principal/Head of the college/institution at the time of admission
Allotment memo received from online.
Receipt of fee remitted in the bank.
Certificate to prove date of birth.
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
Marklists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.
Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University is required in the case of students who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except CBSE/CISCE
If applicable migration certificate to be produced.
Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to be produced by the Head of Institution.
Community Certificate along with latest income certificate from the revenue authorities
To avail of reservation under EBFC, Community Certificate along with the relevant certificate from the revenue authorities concerned to the effect that they come under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category of forward communities.
Candidates who wish to avail of bonus/weightage of marks shall produce the relevant certificates.
