Kerala Polytechnic admission 2017 for diploma courses through Single Window Admission System (CAP) Online registration commenced on 15-05-2017. Candidates seeking admission to the Kerala polytechnic diploma courses 2017 should submit the application through Single Window System on www.polyadmission.org. District Wise Kerala Polytechnic Colleges and branches details are available on www.polyadmission.org. Polytechnic Admission online registration will be closed on 9-07-2017.
Update 6-7-2017: As per the direction from the Honorable High Court of Kerala, last date for online submission of application extended up to 09/07/2017, 4 PM.
Update Note: Last date for Polytechnic Admission Online Application Registration has extended to 3 days after the date of publication of the CBSE result
Kerala Polytechnic Diploma Admission 2017
Eligibility
1. All candidates who have passed SSLC/THSLC or equivalent examination, with eligibility for higher studies are eligible to apply for admission, subject to the following conditions:
a. The candidate should be a citizen of India.
b. The candidate should be a native of Kerala or undergone a qualifying examination from an institution in Kerala State or his/her parent should be a permanent employee in Central/State/Quasi Government/Public Sector undertaking in Kerala State.
2. Candidate who has taken more than two chances to secure eligibility for higher studies in SSLC/THSLC or equivalent examinations is not eligible for admission. Appearances for Betterment or Examination will not be considered as a chance.
3. For CBSE / ICSE candidates the Marks / Grades obtained in Science is considered for calculating grade in science in the place of Physics and Chemistry.
4. Hearing Impaired candidates who have passed SSLC/THSLC or equivalent examination, with eligibility for higher studies with 60dB or above hearing loss in better ear are eligible to apply for admission to Special Batches for Hearing Impaired.
