The candidates who get allotment in their first option or the candidates who are satisfied with the allotment should report to the college with receipt/chalan of the fee remitted to the degree admission within 29-6-2017.

The candidates who are not satisfied with the current allotment can make payment and make options changes upto 16.06.2017.

CU Degree First Allotment 2017 Details

The calicut university already published the trial allotment and after the trial allotment result candidates got a chance to modify the option registration. Based on the options registered by the candidates university prepared the UGCAP First allotment list for admission to UG degree courses under the calicut university for the academic year 2017-18.

There will be five allotments for the admission. The candidates who got allotment should pay the mandatory fee (in single Echalan/online payment) within the time for confirmation of the allotment. Then after the candidate must have to login to the web site and deemed to have accepted the admission to the course and college allotted. Those who fail to remit the fee or those who fail accept allotment on or before the time prescribed for the same will lose the current allotment as well as the eligibility for further allotments.

On receiving allotment in first allotment to a particular option, all other lower options will be automatically cancelled and only the higher options will prevail until deletion or modification by the candidate.

If the candidate is satisfied with an allotment and does not want to be considered for further allotments, candidate must cancel all the remaining higher options. Candidates retaining all or any one of his/her higher options after an allotment are bound to accept the next allotment. Failing to do this will result in losing previous allotment as well as the new allotments.

The candidates who got first allotment or the allotted candidates who have cancelled all the higher options can download allotment memo from the web site after login with CAP ID.

CU UGCAP Admission 2017 Remittance of Fee

The candidates who receive allotment should pay the following mandatory fee within the prescribed time, for confirmation of the allotment.

Remittance of Mandatory fee:

For General Category : Rs 425/-
For SC/ST : A refundable fee of Rs 100/- only need be remitted.
The fee will be refunded only after the completion of the whole process of admission.

Important Steps to do after the First Allotment 2017

(1) Pay the mandatory fee within the time for confirmation of the allotment.

(2) Login to the calicut university website and accept an allotment as per the priority of options registered.

(3) Report to the college to join the programme by the scheduled date.

Documents to be produced at the time of Reporting to the College for CU Degree admission 2017

i. The print out of the application

ii. College copy of the E-chalan/online payment slip for registration fee.

iii. Receipt/Chalan of the fee remitted for acceptance of allotment. (University mandatory fee see clause 9.3 A & B).

iv. Age proof , Qualifying Certificate and Mark List(s) of the qualifying examination.

v. Transfer Certificate received from the Institution last studied.

vi.Conduct Certificate.

vii. Equivalency /Recognition Certificate ( if applicable).

viii. Any other documents (Income Certificate / Nativity Certificate /Community Certificate) as directed by the admitting authorities.

ix. Candidates who claim bonus/weight age marks shall produce relevant certificates.
